AAA GmbH

The AAA GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2008 as a 100% subsidiary of AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale S.A.S. in Paris.

Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanic, structural, electric and cabin activities.

Main Tasks:

  • Drum beat and follow-up all points attached to aircraft (AC) under his responsibility in AAA GmbH perimeter
  • Prepare all the work to be performed per aircraft in relation with FAL, FOT & Customer Line stations location and MAP workload to ensure the open items are managed at the best moment to ensure proper support to industrial flow.
  • Create and schedule Work Orders in accordance to internal and customer planning systems
  • Ensure all Work Orders sent to production are compliant with quality and safety standards
  • Continuous control and update of each open point in AAA and customer tracking tools
  • Follow each Aircrfrom the departure station to the arrival while track all the open points with MAP impact.
  • Participate in all meeting of FAL (PCB2, SQCDP3, Phase 3, FOT control tower, ADC Ops Meeting, OCC…) and provide clear status for each single MSN of OSW with potential impact on MAP workload.
  • Prepare visual management and prioritization of all open items
  • Identify & highlight open items (NCs) for the Customer line from QLB
  • Follow up with various stake holders to ensure closure before the associated milestone
  • Update the status in ePassport (Hubble)
  • Check work's conformity according to generic and specific reference documents
  • Contact all involved parties (e.g. preparation, manufacturing engineering, logistics, AAA departments) to push the delivery of information, parts, tools, etc. and to minimize the completion lead time of a work
  • Manage all necessary accesses to the AC with the customers
  • Support production and quality on technical issues
  • Make sure all TERA points are closed TERC by AAA or customer quality
  • Report to the customer the progression of the open points if requested

Profile:

  • Experience in technical coordination of AC
  • Good knowledge in AC storage/de-storage procedures
  • Professional experience in the aviation industry in the above mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Solution-oriented operation and high reliability
  • Basic German. Intermediate English (B2-C1)
  • Autonomy, flexibility, team spirit and Leading experience is 
  • Team and customer oriented
