What to expect
- Business Development and intensive customer care: You identify potential customers and elaborate a business strategy for the German market, aligning it with the company's goals. You manage your client portfolio, from the first contact to the contract conclusion. You autonomously organize your client visits and maintain fruitful long-term customer relationships.
- Marketing: You regularly analyse the market and the competition (prices, products) and identify the customer’s needs in order to contribute to the development of the company. You ensure optimized referencing and maximum visibility for the products in the selling points.
- Reporting: You ensure regular reporting of your activity to the headquarters in France.
What we're looking for
- You are a motivated team player with a hands-on mentality and a great interest for outdoor technical products and sports
- You show great initiative and independence and you have a goal-oriented working approach
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally with B2B outdoor and/or PPE distribution channels
- You have excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills, as well as a good ability to adapt.
- You are an assertive person with very good negotiating skills
- Customer satisfaction and building trusting, long-term customer relationships are a priority for you.
- You are fluent in German and in English.
