- 85% of waste-to-energy conversion,
- 6 500 clients.

What we need ?
- Bigger clients (Corporate firms from the construction sector)
- Being outside of France and think outside of the box to be more efficient
Main responsibilities :
- Define a commercial strategy and action plans (to develop Les Ripeurs first in Berlin, then in Germany)
- Prospect and pitch to new clients and partners in Germany ( à remanier : Manage the logistics operations)
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from project detection to partnerships negotiation
- Understand market expectations in order to propose ways to improve the offer
- Recruit, lead and grow a multi disciplinary team and monitor their performance
Preferred experiences:
- Excellent spoken and written German and English, French would be a bonus.
- A minimum of 5 years entrepreneurial experience entrepreneurial , spirit and passion for new business models and startups.
- An experience in the German constructor market would be a great asset
- Strong ability to convince and negotiate, enthusiasm and perseverance
- Ability to communicate with C-level Professionals
- Strong analytical mindset
- Previous experience in management
