Customer Service Responsible

The CSR works to keep and enhance our customer relationships, being the link between our Sales office, our customers, our account managers, the supply chain and other functions taking full accountability for customer orders.

Responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of customer orders from order receipt to invoice: process related information in a timely manner to our production sites based in France, Austria, Germany, Italy, Poland and Denmark.
  • Proactively seek out and process customer orders: you will be the key-partner to coordinate between the customers and all other departments involved in the production process. You will be involved with departments including graphics, logistics, accounting among others.
  • Maintain and improve the level of customer service to all customer categories.
  • Handle customer claims in collaboration with QC and R&D. Raise and follow up customer complaints and actively notify the customer of the status in order to keep track of opportunities to improve processes and to avoid repetition of similar non-conforming events.
  • Support our Key Account Managers: collect and communicate product, order, customer and process-related information to enable sales / tender negotiation and preparation of quotation.
  • Receive, monitor and follow up forecast and actual customer data to ensure accurate supply chain planning processes.
  • Control of all billing and payments to agreed timescales.
  • Back up for the other Team members in our sales-office

Skills :

  • Degree educated
  • Languages : French, German, English
  • Master’s Degree or native
  • Have excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and to set priorities
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Team player, enthusiastic, positive personality, results driven, problem solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • Proficient with computer and software applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, Teams application.
