At Transatel, you will be collaborating with the biggest names in telecoms, IoT, and consumer electronics across the world. You will be working with innovative Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs), as well as in the fast-developing connected objects services industry. Transatel works in the upstream phase of product development with high quality business-to-business relationships to ultimately achieve the goal of satisfying the end user.
Mission
As part of the Customer Support team, your mission will focus on mobile radio/data Technical Support. You will be in charge of supporting and troubleshooting the radio interfaces for mobile data with our worldwide partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the production mobile services.
- Troubleshoot incidents and technical issues in conjunction with our customers, partners and corporate technical teams.
- Manage and follow projects deployments.
- Monitor the radio/data QoS.
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the performance indicators.
Profil
Master’s Degree – or engineering equivalent – you have a strong background in mobile data services, ideally combining radio interface and core network hands-on experience.
Required technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in 3G / 4G architecture, including MME, PGW and SGW.
- Expertise with the relevant interfaces and associated protocols.
- In-depth understanding of the various procedure such as network, attach, mobility
Nice to have:
- Qualcomm and Intel chipset logs analysis
- Pcap analysis of user and control plane
In contact with multiple parties worldwide, you have good communication skills in English. Persevering, you will dig into the detail of every issue.
Rigorous and reliable, you get on well with others, enjoy working as part of a team, and have the ability to communicate with experts in other domains.
