AAA GmbH

The AAA GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2008 as a 100% subsidiary of AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale S.A.S. in Paris.

Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanic, structural, electric and cabin activities.

Main missions 

Prevention
  • Ensure the daily monitoring of the implementation of the company's policy
  • Ensure the management of QMS working documents and records
  • Elaborate and / or pilot action plans with staff and various partners
  • Propose corrective and preventive actions
  • Monitor results Supplier quality if necessary
  • Propose areas for improvement
  • Animate and manage risk analyses
  • Write quality documents specific to each activity
  • Ensuring the dissemination of information
 Compliance
  • Interface with customers to ensure compliance with customer, product or service requirements.
  • Leading working groups.
  • Ensure the management of the calibration and / or verification of Monitoring and Measuring Equipment (MMEE)
  • Participate in the improvement of manufacturing processes, organization of production and production equipment
  • Participate in the definition of manufacturing methods
  • Coordinate quality plans
  • Ensuring the management of non-conformities (NC), Customer Complaints (CR) and improvement actions.
Training
  • Provide training for existing or new staff in the evolution of the Quality approach, special processes and their correct application. 
  • Identify the department's training needs 
  • Ensure tutoring according to the needs of employees on its activities to ensure the maintenance and evolution of skills & multi-skills
Management
  • Leading and managing quality teams
  • To be the interface between the various quality, purchasing, customer, supplier, platform manager and quality department actors.
  • Carry out the professional interviews of his n-1 
  • Draw up an internal communication plan on the actions carried out within the framework of [the quality approach] Ensure compliance with [the AAA managerial charter]. 
  • Respect and enforce [equal] obligations in terms of labor regulations
Making sure that : 
  • Employees are treated equally and they receive a warm welcome
  • Support for all the members of the team from the moment of their integration. 
  • The Health and Safety of the employees and alert the HR and HSE departments and its hierarchy, if necessary
Other Activities
  • Provide tutoring According to the needs of employees on its activities in order to ensure the maintenance and evolution of skills and versatility.
Reporting
  • Participate in the implementation of indicators and associated objectives to complete the reporting process.

  • Monitoring the implementation of quality improvement plans
  • Inform the Quality Department of any non-conformistes revealed.
  • To liaise with the customer for any question related to Quality. 
  • Participate with the commercial and technical functions in the follow-up of the exchanges with the customer and help these functions in [understanding the explicit and implicit needs of the customer]. 
  • Reporting to the QD on the operation of the QMS, 
  • Participate in offer and order reviews with the relevant functions
  • Participate in the evaluation of suppliers and Subcontractors with relevant functions
Responsibility and authority for QSE (Quality - Safety - Environment)
  • Implement and enforce the QMS in force and ensure that it is implemented and maintained at all levels of the entity 
  • Carry out reviews of procedures, processes and instructions in force and ensure their correct application. 
  • Participate in Quality meetings, process reviews and AAA Group Quality Committees.
  • Leading, preparing and responding to audits (internal, client and third party) 
  • Coordinate all Quality actions. 
  • Ensure Quality records. 
  • Ensure the allocation and management of control marks. 
  • Pilot the processes and monitor the indicators relating to its activity and decided by the QD. 
  • Ensure compliance with the health and safety rules specific to its activities as well as the Company's internal regulations. Use personal and environmental protection equipment. 
  • Carry out internal and supplier audits, if qualified
Have authority to :
  • Alerting the Quality Department of any malfunctioning
  • Stop and control the delivery of any NC product 
  • Resolve any quality issue

Pre-requisites-profile

  • Completed studies and at least two years of experience in the technical field, e.g. as a quality engineer (m/f/d) 
  • Several years of relevant work in quality management
  • Very good knowledge in the application of quality methods
  • Knowledge of international aviation
  • Written skills, ability to analyze and summarize, rigorous and precise, people skills, ability to work as part of a team, independent, curious and organized.
  • Strong knowledge of French and English
  • Individual responsibility
