Your tasks:

You are primarily responsible for increasing sales in Germany by managing to increase the participation of German companies and visitors at events in Italy and worldwide. This means concretely:
  • Setting and tracking sales targets
  •  Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  •  Developing new business areas and leveraging existing and potential customer networks
  •  Identifying and providing customized customer solutions
  •  Monitoring of key KPI's (sales results, annual forecasts, ...)
  •  Reporting to the Country Manager Germany
  •  Improvement actions for sales and identification of growth opportunities

Your profile:

  •  University graduate or ideally first professional experience in international trade fair sales or similar positions
  •  Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel)
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  •  Independent, customer-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
  •  Bachelor in business administration, marketing or a relevant field of study
  •  Fluent in German and English, Italian desirable
