Your tasks:
- Setting and tracking sales targets
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Developing new business areas and leveraging existing and potential customer networks
- Identifying and providing customized customer solutions
- Monitoring of key KPI's (sales results, annual forecasts, ...)
- Reporting to the Country Manager Germany
- Improvement actions for sales and identification of growth opportunities
Your profile:
- University graduate or ideally first professional experience in international trade fair sales or similar positions
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, customer-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
- Bachelor in business administration, marketing or a relevant field of study
- Fluent in German and English, Italian desirable
