You will have the opportunity to:

- Support clients in determining overall strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects
- Support clients in defining new business strategies (distribution, products, operational, etc.) taking into account market practices, future requirements, etc.
- Assist clients to solve complex issues, design and implement their projects, together with other Deloitte professionals in Luxembourg and abroad
- Perform rigorous research and analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities in a fast paced environment
- Set-up best operating model
- Report on implementation projects
- Participate in banking process reengineering and operations reviews
- Translate organisational and operational efficiency assessments into implementable business requirements
- Analyse key steps of Digitalization process
- Manage and support implementation projects
- Build trust based relationships with our clients
- Hold a Master's degree level in business administration, economics or engineering with a specialization in Finance
- Have distinctive academic results
- Demonstrate knowledge of the financial services industry, products, services and structure
- Have excellent team spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be a self-starter, keen to learn and build expertise
- Be fluent in French and English; German would be considered as an asset
- Be ready to move Internationally
