What to expect
- Customer prospection & development : your prospection by phone and by mailing allows you to win new customers. You also manage incoming requests (web, trade fairs). Through your action and investment, you actively participate in the deployment of the company's global strategy on this market.
- Animation & development of the distribution & prescription network : customer visits, training, customer retention, prospection, in accordance with the brand values and the commercial strategy of the company. You are in charge of managing a network of architects and other prescribers: visits, research, prospection, etc.
- Privileged contact for German-speaking customers on all products and sales/ordering matters.
- Interface role with the French head office : you set up an action plan and regular reporting. You also provide feedback, always aiming at improvement and performance.
What we're looking for
- Commercial background & a first successful sales experience, ideally in the German-speaking area. You also know indirect sales techniques.
- Sales person : you enjoy prospecting and building trusting customer relationships. You are business-oriented and know how to represent a brand.
- Languages : You bring very good written and oral skills in German (C1) and English. French is a plus.
- Autonomy and commitment : You are rigorous and proceed by methodology. You also have a high degree of involvement, investment and a strong work capacity. You are reactive, and have good analytical and synthesis skills.
- Field-orientation, goal-orientation and customer satisfaction : You have excellent communication and teamwork skills. You are constantly focussing on customer satisfaction. You will bring new ideas and you will actively contribute to the development of the tools and action plans needed to achieve ambitious development goals.
- Good command of MS Office
Good to know
- This V.I.E. proposes varied and stimulating tasks that will allow you to gain a great commercial and cultural experience.
- The V.I.E. is to be filled as soon as possible (full time, duration 24 months).
- A 2-month intensive training course in France (CDD before the start of the V.I.E.) is planned to enable you to succeed in your mission. Due to the Covid-pandemic, our client is flexible with the starting date in Cologne.
- The workplace is based in Cologne with regular travel (about 30% when the sanitary situation allows it).
