ALCO2 Europe Logistic team is in charge of liquid CO2 supply from plants to our customers in Europe.

Mission description
Development and implementation of strategic and tactical distribution methods for securing the customer supply of bulk products while optimizing the "lowest landed costs".
Performance (reliability & competitiveness) of Bulk Logistic in respect of HSE aspects
Performance (reliability & competitiveness) of Bulk Logistic in respect of HSE aspects
- Coaching of the dispatchers (with the help of analyses and provision of key figures / KPIs).
- Set up continuous feedbacks to dispatchers with relevant dashboards
- Facilitate individual coaching of dispatchers' teams
- Organize weekly reviews
- Support daily operative business
- Facilitate Interface with the sales department
Enables efficient usage of distribution planning tools for continuous optimization
- Support dispatchers training and qualificationLeads data cleaning and data management actions
- Supervises the adjustments of safety levels, accompanies the change management.
- Interacts with sales contract and carrier managers, telemetry specialists, customers installations, eventually sourcing.
Reporting of the relevant key performance indicators and preparation of Monthly reports
- Prompt creation and maintenance of statistics and documentation
- Review and monitoring of contractual agreements
- Introduction and control of necessary measures
Candidate profile
Mandatory:
- Basic knowledge of logistics , Transportation Management System
- Statistics, Analyzing and reporting
- Continuous Improvement Methodology
- Data Visualization &Data Analysis
- Able to share, explain and simplify major concepts or dashboards.
- Teaching ability.
- Results oriented
- Analytical skills<
Optional:
- SQL
- Programming languages knowledge (Python)
- Expected work experience 1-2 years of work experience
