AAA GmbH

The AAA GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2008 as a 100% subsidiary of AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale S.A.S. in Paris.

Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanic, structural, electric and cabin activities.

Main missions and authority regarding QSE (Quality, Security, Environment):

  • Identify & ensure usage of products & tools specified in the work instruction
  • Assemble structural parts with fasteners according to special processes description
  • Position, Fit, Drill, Bore, Deburr, Verify assembly
  • Use aircraft technical data (work orders, drawings, production, quality, safety, instruction sheets)
  • Use chemical products for sealing, electrical bonding, anti-corrosive, paint touch-up…
  • Execute work orders within the given standard time
  • Read and understand the work order and technical documentation
  • Make sure that the work is progressing according to the planning and the priorities and report any deviation to your supervisor
  • Fill out correctly the AAA work order sheet for traceability
  • Escalate any blocking point to the supervisor
  • Report the status of the work performed at the end of the shift
  • Verify the conformity of his work by using as reference the technical documentation given with the work order
  • Realize the tasks in the given sequence described in the documentation given by the customer or AAA coordination

Responsibility and authority regarding QSE (quality, security, environment):

  • Ensure that the FOD and safety rules are fulfilled
  • Wear the required PPE and use the appropriate tools (calibration & validity)
  • Apply the QSE Management System
  • Work following the rules, procedures or processes of the intervention area
  • Respect the quality rules on the work performed
  • Ensure the integrity of aircraft systems and highlight any deviation to your supervisor
  • Contribute to production continuous improvements to reduce the time spent per work orders and/or improve quality level
  • Contribute to the analysis of non-conformities, to the definition and to the implementation of improvements actions

Pre-requisites-profile:

  • Education as Aircraft Structure Mechanics or industry mechanics with 2 years’ experience as aircraft structure mechanics
  • Valid occupational medical examination corresponding to activities to be performed
  • Elevator driving license is an advantage
  • Very well English, knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
  • Flexibility and Team Spirit
  • Ability to work in early and late shifts. Flexibility for night shifts and weekend is a plus
