We are currently looking for German speakers to work in a customer support position for a Online Bank in Malta !
The role involves assisting in the boarding process for new customers, working with the operational processes for new and existing customers, responsible for development, cancellation of deposit accounts (current accounts, savings accounts, forward accounts) and responsible for all customers' processes.
About the position:
- Provide superior professional customer service while managing all inquiries regarding the company's products and services
- Make sure the company's accounts are opened according to the company's product and service guidelines.
- Build up a relationship with customers while addressing some problems that concern any of the company's products
- Identify sales opportunities after analyzing customer needs
- Support for the collection of data / information for the company (via telephone, email, chat, video call or any other agreed communication channel)
Requirement:
- Fluent language skills in German and English. Additional languages will be an advantage
- Previous work experience in a similar environment is a plus
- General computer skills
- Team players and customer oriented
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge
