Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanic, structural, electric and cabin activities. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator (m/f/gn) to join our team in Hamburg - Finkenwerder.
Main responsibilities:
- Essential link between our procurement and supplier team in all issues in connection with the delivered goods/parts
- Preparation of reports and communications (daily, weekly or monthly) for internal/external clients; complaints testing and processing, if required
- Generation of goods’ receipts in SAP and fulfilment confirmation under internal quality procedures
- Cycle Count preparation and coordination according to the internal policies
- Responsibility for all warehouse activities and general warehouse management (AOG management, spare parts, inventory, transport coordination and disposition, system and data maintenance, etc.)
- Weight lifting (up to 10kg) during transportation
Your profile:
- Vocational training in trade / aviation or as a specialist for warehouse management
- Professional experience in the field of logistics / warehouse logistics
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS-Office
- Very good English skills
- Solution-oriented mode of operation and high reliability
- Team player, accuracy and flexibility
It will be considered as a plus, if you:
- Have previous experience in aviation
- Speak French as an additional language
- Have knowledge in PE1 or/and PDA
