Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanic, structural, electric and cabin activities.
Main missions:
- Essential link between our procurement and supplier team in all issues in connection with the delivered goods/parts.
- Preparing the required logistics management reports and communication with internal/external clients.
- Developing a robust operational strategy for fit for purpose warehousing & logistics service, now and future, in line with overall business strategy and customer satisfaction
- Coordinating and monitoring implemented logistics processes
- Being responsible for all warehouse activities and general warehouse management (inventory management, spare parts, inventory, transport coordination and disposition, system and data maintenance, etc.)
- Optimizing and developing existing material flow systems and therefore increase the productivity within the production processes of building aircraft
- Managing processes in the field of incoming, check, stocking and release of materials
- Reviewing and develop most cost effective and operationally efficient working practices in line with our approach to Operational Excellence and Commercial success
- Being in charge of the entire process from the movement to the stocking of the materials between the suppliers and point of consumption
- Being responsible of logistics business development
- Invoicing to customers depending on the contractually stipulated logistics activities and negotiations about their extensions or enlargements
- Representation of Logistic in internal and external audits end elaboration of the resulting actions plans and initiation of measures to eliminate NC´s
- Representing the supervisor during their absence and reporting to HR or the CEO if necessary

staffing Management :
- Manage every employee working within the Logistic department
- Realize his N-1 annual employee assessments
- Interview and selection of newcomers
Your profile :
- 3 years’ minimum experience in the field of logistics / warehouse logistics or as a specialist for warehouse management (ideally in aviation)
- Team leading experience and Customer Service Oriented.
- Be prepared to flexible working time (shifts)
- Good knowledge of SAP (PEA & PGI) and MS-Office
- Fluent English level and good level of German. French would be a plus.
- Flexibility to manage and adapt to fast-paced change and the challenges that brings
