Partner Account Manager DACH (m/f/d), DE/EN, Robotics, Home Office Germany

What to expect

We are looking for a proactive Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) to manage our client's partner business, with a focus on the DACH region. 

  • Management and coordination of the company's Partner sales channels : Owning the budget responsability, you define distributor objectives and lead performance assessments. You perform frequent funnel opportunity reviews with partners and actively work to develop them to expert level.  You build strong relationships and awareness with expert partners. You train and coach sales representatives at distributors so that they can sell the products effectively and efficiently. In addition to that, you closely work with cobot manufacturers  that can influence sales in the territory.
  • Development and management of Key Account targets : You identify and penetrate top Customers and Targets for direct relationships within the region. Working closely with your inside sales and coach, you build and execute penetration plans for target customers. 
  • Communication and coordination role  : You ensure distributor sales team have the resources to achieve their targets, share information on Key Accounts with the global team. You coordinate technical and commercial resources as required within the region. You provide a reliable forecast and reporting of business for your territory.

What we're looking for 

  • Educational and professional background : you have a Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Engineering) and bring an experience (min. 3 years) in technical sales through a distribution channel. Direct Sales experience would be appreciated.
  • IT knowledge : You are familiar with Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, CRM Software, ERP Software. You ideally also have some knowledge about Automation and Robotics technology - e.g. UR Caps, Polyscope, etc. 
  • A service-oriented person: You are open-minded, solution-oriented and always happy to find the best solution for your customers. 
  • Very adaptative and proactive person who bring a structured work approach.
  • Languages : You speak English and German fluently
