Your tasks
- You will take overall responsibility for our client's growth on the German market
- You will develop their business on two distribution channels: contract as well as brick-and-mortar multi brand retailers and achieve ambitious sales budget
- You will achieve qualitative contract projects (Restaurants/ Hotels/ Coworking spaces…) and give regular feedback about specific needs of the German market
- You will work very closely with the customer service based in France, with the international sales team and with other departments based in French HQ (marketing, communication, supply)
- You will build the brand with Distribution and organize strategic product launches in a dynamic and structured way with Key accounts
- You will develop notoriety and desirability of the brand through trade marketing pushes
Your profile
- You speak German end English fluently; French is a real plus.
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in business development for a home design brand or in the design distribution.
- You have very strong commercial abilities and a real entrepreneurial spirit.
- You like to challenge yourself and work autonomously in a creative environment.
- You have outstanding creative problem-solving and negotiation skills.
