YOUR MISSION
In our Technical Customer Support department, you will be responsible for clarifying technical orders in dialog with our customers and for the graphic processing and work preparation of production orders:
- You are the contact person for our customers on the individual production of precision tools for technical printing
- After order entry, you prepare technical drawing for the production process
- Together with your team, you will work closely with associated departments such as production and sales
- Together we ensure maximum customer satisfaction and the highest quality standards
YOUR PROFILE
- You are passionate about combining technical design with customer interaction.
- You work independently, with accuracy and a clear sense of purpose.
- You are familiar with or eager to learn CAD software.
- You are proficient in standard software such as Microsoft Office.
- You enjoy engaging with customers – a sales-driven mindset is not required.
- You stand out through your team spirit, initiative, and strong customer- and service-oriented attitude.
- You are fluent in French, both spoken and written.
