Our client, a Munich-based SME founded 25 years ago, has grown from a start-up to a leader in industrial image processing. They develop software solutions for diverse sectors (medical, pharmaceutical, automotive, food) and serve customers worldwide. For their office in Utrecht, Netherlands and the development on the Benelux/Northern european market we are searching for an Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Sales support for our existing customers in close collaboration with the external sales team and assistance in acquiring new customers.
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and online communication.
• Lead management in collaboration with the external sales team.
• Prepare and track quotations within given approval limits, and provide administrative support for contracts of all types.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data and assist the external sales team in preparing market and customer information for internal reviews.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for customer meetings.
• Participate on trade fair and company events.
• Handle various administrative duties, including general office management, reception, and incoming mail.

Your profile

• You have an university degree or commercial training.
• You are already experienced with B2B sales.
• MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems are well known to you.
• Languages: You have very strong Dutch and English communication skills.
• Your heart beats for customer and relationship management.
• You have a good general technical understanding and interest in learning more about the products.
• You are eager to learn and adapt to our the growing team in Utrecht.
