Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Support Juridique & Sécurité (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse.

Vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le développement et le renforcement du cadre juridique et procédural de nos processus d'enquêtes internes. Ce poste offre une opportunité unique d'acquérir une expérience pratique en matière de sûreté d'entreprise, de conformité et de droit du travail dans l'industrie aéronautique. Vous serez responsable de la recherche juridique, de la rédaction de procédures et de la vulgarisation d'informations juridiques complexes pour un public plus large.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois , débutera idéalement en Janvier (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Recherche : Mener des recherches approfondies pour définir le cadre juridique et réglementaire de la collecte de renseignements en sources ouvertes (OSINT), en tenant compte des spécificités de l'industrie de l'aéronautique et de la défense.
• Développement de procédures : Participer activement à l'élaboration et à la rédaction du cadre procédural, y compris la politique globale sur les enquêtes internes et les modèles de documents clés (par ex., lettres de notification, procès-verbaux d'entretien, rapports d'enquête, procédure de saisine des autorités judiciaires).
• Analyse des risques : Contribuer à l'identification des risques juridiques (liés au droit du travail, au droit pénal et à la protection des données personnelles) associés à la conduite des enquêtes.
• Communication : Soutenir les projets de transformation de l'entreprise en rendant le droit accessible et en facilitant le dialogue social. Cela inclut la conception, la recherche et la rédaction de notes de synthèse et de guides pratiques pour divers publics (employés, managers, représentants du personnel).
• Simplification : Traduire des concepts juridiques complexes en informations claires, concises et opérationnelles pour un public non-spécialiste.
• Soutien aux parties prenantes : Participer à la création de présentations et de kits de communication pour soutenir le déploiement des projets et expliquer leurs implications juridiques et sociales. Assister l'équipe dans la préparation des réunions avec les instances représentatives du personnel en fournissant des analyses juridiques sur les points à l'ordre du jour.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Gestion de Projet

Votre carte d'embarquement pour cette aventure:

Vous êtes actuellement en cours de formation de niveau Master en Droit Public, Droit Social, Droit International, Droit Pénal, Droit du Numérique ou Conformité.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences Techniques :

• Fort intérêt pour la sûreté d'entreprise, les enquêtes internes et la conformité.
• Excellentes compétences en recherche, analyse et rédaction juridiques.
• Maîtrise de la suite Google (Google Suite).

Soft Skills :

• Capacité à synthétiser des informations complexes et à les communiquer clairement à un public non juriste.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Langues :

• Francais : Courant / Natif
• Anglais : Négociation / Courant
• Allemand, serait un plus

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

An internship opportunity entitled “Legal & Security Support Internship (M/F)” has just opened at Airbus Commercial at its Toulouse site.

You will play a crucial role in developing and strengthening the legal and procedural framework of our internal investigation processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate security, compliance, and labor law in the aerospace industry. You will be responsible for legal research, drafting procedures, and simplifying complex legal information for a wider audience.

This six-month internship will ideally begin in January (this period is indicative and may be adjusted).

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Research : Conducting in-depth research to define the legal and regulatory framework for open source intelligence (OSINT) gathering, taking into account the specific characteristics of the aerospace and defense industry.
• Procedure development: Actively participate in the development and drafting of the procedural framework, including the overall policy on internal investigations and key document templates (e.g., notification letters, interview reports, investigation reports, procedure for referral to judicial authorities).
• Risk analysis : Contribute to the identification of legal risks (related to labor law, criminal law, and personal data protection) associated with conducting investigations.
• Communication : Support the company's transformation projects by making the law accessible and facilitating social dialogue. This includes designing, researching, and drafting summary notes and practical guides for various audiences (employees, managers, employee representatives).
• Simplification : Translate complex legal concepts into clear, concise, and actionable information for a non-specialist audience.
• Supporting stakeholders : Participate in the creation of presentations and communication kits to support project rollout and explain their legal and social implications. Assist the team in preparing meetings with employee representative bodies by providing legal analysis on agenda items.

Your mentor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will enable you to develop the following skills in particular:

You are currently pursuing a master's degree in public law, labor law, international law, criminal law, digital law, or compliance.

Ideally, you have the following skills:

Technical skills:

• Strong interest in corporate security, internal investigations, and compliance.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly to a non-legal audience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Languages:

• French: Fluent / Native
• English: Negotiation / Fluent
• German would be a plus
