Your tasks

Administrative management of the cultural site and proactive support of the site manager in all administrative and personnel matters
Personnel administration : participation in recruitments, control of the time clock & absences of the staff, implementation of the internal staff training, management of the personnel budget of the cultural site
Management of the cultural site's cash registers : monitoring and managing the ticket sales, gift store and café cash registers; preparing daily accounting reports to management

Your profile

You have a completed professional training
you are fluent in German and English; French is an asset
First sound professional experience in a similar position in the B2C environment, ideally affinity for arts & culture
Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent organizational skills
Autonomous working, hands-on mentality and can-do attitude - you can simply be relied on!
