Area Sales Manager (m/f/x), DE/EN in Germany (Home Office).

What your mission is:

As manager of a three-person sales team, you will be responsible for the successful development of the German and Austrian markets:
  • Elaboration and implementation of the business strategy
  • Active development and expansion of a B2B customer portfolio
  • Preparation for the opening of the first shop in Germany and acquisition of further franchise partners
  • Training and development of the sales team
  • Setting up sales and action plans and guaranteeing the achievement of targets
  • Supporting the team with brand and product launches - from negotiations to in-store sales
  • Participate in trade shows and business events 
  • What you bring to the position:
  • Many years of B2B experience in the cosmetics or fashion sector (ideally 10 years) and a solid knowledge of the German and Austrian markets
  • Strong negotiation skills and a good business sense
  • Confident handling of Excel
  • Fluent in German, French is a plus
  • High willingness to travel and ability to work independently
