For the German subsidiary in Berlin, we are currently looking for a:
Country Manager Germany (m/f/d), DE/EN, pharmaceutical industry, Berlin, Germany

Your mission
As Country Manager you are primarily responsible for the development of the business in Germany:
- In close cooperation with the head office in France, you will lead the development and implementation of the corporate strategy for the German subsidiary
- Responsibility for and management of a team of 15 people
- You are the link between the different departments of the company and with the corporate group
- You work in close cooperation with the supporting departments at Group level: Accounting - Controlling - Legal - Human Resources - IT - Research and Development
- You ensure that the standards and procedures of the German subsidiary and the Group are complied with, as well as the regulations applicable to the business activity and the products marketed
- Customer visits with your sales representatives throughout Germany
- Attendance at Board of Directors meetings in France
Your profile
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in veterinary medicine and have a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- You have at least 5 years of experience in managing teams
