park4night, information sharing application for travellers in camping-cars and camper-vans (iOS/ Android/WP10) are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to respond to customer emails, to offer advice and information.
Your role :
- Respond to customer service queries, by email only, to ensure an optimal response time.
- Moderation of the client database.
- Make decisions about changes/deletion of certain elements (in accordance with guidelines).
- Work in close collaboration with the rest of the team, as required.
Skills required:
- German speaker (professional/bilingual), French (competent) and English (would be an advantage).
- Professional proficiency of internet technology (navigators, web browsers, use of google maps)
- Independent, confident et capable of making decisions.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Lives in France, ability to commute to our office in St-Péray at intervals
