- It contributes to the management of energy-saving projects.
- He/she participates in the specification and instanciation of SaaS business applications.
- He/she analyzes customer data and writes deliverables (reporting, analysis, etc.);
- It trains customer users and accompanies them in the operation of the business application.
- It guarantees the quality of the deliverables application and non-application customers and the use by users;
- It identifies complementary needs, manages the customer roadmap and makes complementary offers.
- He/she participates in the capitalization of expertise by the realization of notes.
Essential qualities and skills:
- Experience or training in energy /building/electricity
- Project management
- Quality and methodology
- Communication and pedagogy
- Sense of contact client
Interest in computer development (python / R / ...)
Agile development methods (Scrum / sprint / ...)
