What your mission looks like:
- In collaboration with the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales development of the Southwest German region (focus on Baden Württemberg):
- Expansion of the B2B customer base: acquisition in various sales networks such as drugstores, pharmacies, health food stores, perfumeries, but also independent stores and institutes.
- Support and development of existing B2B customers (product training, merchandising, sell-out ...)
- Support in further development of department stores according to the guidelines of the sales manager
- Intensive market and competitor analysis for successful collaboration on all other business related issues: Merchandising, Trade Marketing, Promotions, Products, ...
What profile are we looking for?
- First experience and fun in business development in German-speaking countries, ideally in the cosmetics or fashion sector.
- Languages: Fluent French or English
- Business fluent appearance, as well as a distinctive feeling in dealing with customers
- High willingness to travel: 80% travel activity in Baden Württemberg as well as an independent and dynamic way of working
- Confident handling of Excel
