We are looking for highly driven and motivated sales, marketing and customer relations representatives to join our new office in Berlin.
About the role:
Your mission @Aircall:
- Handle ad-hoc privacy-related questions and requests from Aircall's customers, as well as Aircall's customer-facing teams
- Perform privacy vendor assessments
- Maintain Aircall's transfer impact assessment based on EDPB's guidance on transfers of personal data to third countries outside of the EU
- Operate Aircall’s privacy tool and help leverage technology within the management of privacy compliance processes
- Develop and maintain internal privacy policies, identify privacy risks in processes and suggest mitigations
- Assist in conducting privacy impact assessments
- Support Aircall's implementation of SCCs in Aircall's existing contracts
A little more about you:
- You have one to three years previous work experience in implementing and/or maintenance of EU or other data protection frameworks (such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, ISO 27701, NIST Privacy Framework) either inhouse or in a consultancy firm
- You have a bachelor's degree in Law, Business or Technology, or equivalent education in the technology area as a minimum
- Working proficiency in English is a must. Fluent in German is a mandatory
- Your hands-on work experience includes conducting privacy reviews and audits, data flow business analyses, privacy impact assessments, privacy program management
- You have a demonstrated interest and up-to-date knowledge of EU data protection law
- Proven ability to professionally manage time, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and process a high volume of work in a timely and accurate manner
- Ownership skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Sense for spotting regulatory issues and escalating appropriately. Ability to interact comfortably with internal and external clients, make analytical decisions with problem-solving approach and drive issues to completion
