"Recruitment Consultant for the German/Chinese market (m/f/d), Bilingual DE/EN, Home Office/Frankfurt or region La Rochelle or Lorient in France
Your tasks
You manage the entire recruiting process from A to Z for your own clients and drive the business forward:
- Profile coordination with your clients
- Sourcing via different channels and pre-selection of candidates
- Accompany your candidates through the recruiting process and guarantee a first-class "Candidate Journey"
- Developing the business of your portfolio, identification of target companies and direct approach
- Participate in internal projects : Website, community management, internal recruitment, school relations, etc.
- Train regularly in new technologies to specialize
Your skills and experience
- First professional experience as a recruiter (preferably for profiles in the IT or engineering sector)
- A commercial background, entrepreneurial success or references from previous experience
- Developing and following multi-channel sourcing strategies is something you can do (LinkedIn, jobboards and CVthèques...)
- Boolean searches, social networks and web communication is your daily business and you love it!
- Resourceful and resilient, you never give up.
- Self-organization, customer and candidate orientation and curiosity characterize you
- Fluent German and English, some knowledge of Chinese or a cultural affinity for Asia/ China is an plus
