Your challenge:

Expansion and further development of the French B2B market: Maintaining existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers from the defense and internal security sector:
  • Strategic analysis of the market: Identification and development of profitable business opportunities in the global (national) Defence industry sector and prime contractors.
  • Advise customers and provide appropriate products, and if necessary, involve the product development team.
  •  Generating new leads and handling existing provided through the Headquarter: Dealing directly with the decision makers: purchasing managers, project managers and engineers and visiting customers on-site in order to provide them with all the details and guidance they require to make an informed decision on their choice.
  • Following the long sales process from enquiry to order, with the assistance of the internal sales support team and the logistics team.
  • Regular report to the Sales Director / CEO about the progress of your initiatives showing sales volume, potential sales and follow the company’s sales budget as well as provide regular feedback on customer requirements and on competitive products.
  • Representation of the company in a professional, respectful manner to clients, industry associations, trade fairs and the public.

Your profile:

  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial engineering, or similar 
  • First B2B sales experience of IT products or high affinity for IT products (Notebooks, Tablets, Switch, etc.)
  • Fluent English and French, Knowledge of German or the culture is an advantage 
  • Motivation to travel 1-2 days per week in France, focus on Île-de-France
  • Reliable and independent approach to work and empathic, professional customer interaction
  • MS-Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ...)
