Sales Representative (m/f/x), fluent in German, Arts & Culture, Dortmund

Your tasks:
Your focus is to successfully market the exhibitions for group visits.
- Ensuring the successful sale of the cultural site to companies and large groups of visitors (such as tour operators, tourist boards, hotels, schools, etc.) with the support of the marketing team.
- Establishment and development of a permanent customer portfolio: acquisition and promotion, especially in the tourism sector.
- Entire sales management from sales offers to customer satisfaction guarantee.
- Development of strategic partnerships with B2B customers.
- Direct contact with customers and group visits as well as participation in trade fairs.
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship in sales & first successful sales experience in a similar position
- German and English fluently; French is a plus.
- MS-Office and Eudonet/CRM-Management knowledge are desirable.
- Sales talent, organizational skills, and hands-on mentality.
- Affinity for arts & culture is an advantage.
