You will work for French and international clients from our Paris office after being trained for 1-2 months in our German headquarter in Cologne.

As Project Manager Aircraft Charters, your mission is to book and execute projects for the French and international markets perfectly. You are always aware of the status quo of your projects and client demands; get to the core of the project in regards to potential, priority and timing leading to successful bookings.

  • Generating highest possible contract rate / sales volume with maximum possible revenue.
  • Establishing and intensifying good long-term relationships with customers and airlines. 
  •  Securing project related and unrelated customer satisfaction.
  •  Striving for expert knowledge to work most efficiently and execute your work perfectly. 
  •  Continuously developing, improving and implementing Pro Sky processes and tools. 
  •  Coordinating and supervising flights. Get ready to travel!
  •  Experience of minimum 1 year in aircraft charter industry.
  •  Customer focused service-oriented, very good communication and ideally very good negotiation skills.
  •  Sales affinity, competitive and ambitious personality.
  •  Analytical skills, structured work approach, attention to details.
  •  Technical affinity and the desire to facilitate and improve processes.
  •  French excellent spoken and written; English good spoken and written. Any additional language is a plus.
  •  Flexibility to work on the weekend / nights, when necessary.
  • You collaborate on a regular basis with colleagues, clients and airlines all over the world.
  •  You have the possibility to work on varied and fascinating flight or non-flight topics together with different improvement teams.
  •  You enjoy a great working environment with flat hierarchies in Paris and Cologne and can also work partly from home.
