All subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components in the mechanical, structural, electrical and cabin areas is carried out in client’s facilities. Every day, 130 employees from 15 different nations ensure that we meet our targets and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your task as an Aircraft Manager (all genders)
- Drum beat and follow-up all focal points attached to aircrafts under his responsibility in Daher perimeter
- Attend the “handover meetings” for incoming Aircraft and customer meetings
- Perform the documental analysis of each folio point and enquiries on site in the aircraft
- Create and schedule Work Orders in the internal and customer planning systems
- Check the conformity of the work according to generic and specific reference documents
- Contact all involved parties (e.g. preparation, manufacturing engineering, logistics, Daher departments) to push the delivery of information, parts, tools, etc. and to minimize the completion lead time of work
- Manage all necessary access to the aircrafts with the customers
- Ensure all Work Orders sent to production are compliant with quality and safety standards
- Provide all necessary documents, tools, parts etc. to ensure proper execution of the work
- Steer the Work Orders to the production team according to planning, priority and availability with the goal to reach customer requirements (lead time, OTD, FTR)
- Support production and quality on technical issues
- Make sure all TERA points are closed TERC by Daher or customer quality
- Continuous control and update of each open point in Daher and customer tracking tools
- Report to the customer the progression of the open points if requested
Your qualification
- Experience in technical coordination of AC
- Strong knowledge in AC storage/de-storage procedures
- Good language skills in English and ideally in French; German is a plus
- Leading experience
