Main missions:

• Support of several aircraft during the production process, esp. the monitoring of progress and the initiation of measures to eliminate non-conformities
• Check the conformity of the work according to generic and specific reference documents 
• Contact all involved parties (e.g. preparation, manufacturing engineering, logistics, AAA departments) to push the delivery of information, parts, tools, etc. and to minimize the completion lead time 
• Attend the “handover meetings” for incoming aircraft and customer meetings 
• Perform the documental analysis of each folio point and enquiries 
• Create and schedule Work Orders in internal and customer planning systems
• Manage necessary access to the aircraft for the customers 
• Ensure all Work Orders sent to production are compliant with quality and safety standards
• Provide all necessary documents, tools, parts etc. to ensure proper execution of the work
• Steer the Work Orders to the production team according to planning, priority and availability with the goal to reach customer requirements (lead time, OTD, FTR)
• Support production and quality on technical issues 
• Continuous control and update of each open point in AAA and customer tracking tools
• Report the progression of the open points to the customer if requested

Qualifications and Experience:

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or similar
• Strong knowledge of AC storage/de-storage procedures
• Good language skills in English
• Leadership experience
• Able to work independently, flexibility
• Team- and customer-oriented, dynamic mindset
