The AAA GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2008 as a subsidiary of AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale S.A.S. in Paris.
Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business, we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanic, structure and electric activities.

Main missions:
- Assemble structural parts with fasteners according to special processes description
- Position, fit, drill, bore, deburr, verify assembly
- Use aircraft technical data (work orders, drawings, production, quality, safety, instructions sheets)
- Use chemical products for sealing, electrical bonding, anti-corrosive, paint touch-up…
- Read and understand the work order and technical documentation
- Make sure that the work is progressing according to the planning and the priorities and report any deviation to your supervisor
- Verify the conformity of the work by using as reference the technical documentation given with the work order
- Ensure that the FOD and safety rules are fulfilled
- Respect the quality rules on the work performed
- Ensure the integrity of aircraft systems and highlight any deviation to your supervisor
- Contribute to production continuous improvements to reduce the time spent on work orders and/or improve quality level
Education and Experience:
- Education as Aircraft Structure Mechanic or Industrial Mechanic with 2 years experience as Aircraft Structure Mechanic or Fitter/Sheet Metal Worker
- Good English, knowledge of German is a plus
- Team spirit
- Ability to work in early and late shifts. Flexibility for night shifts and weekends is a plus
