Your missions will include:

• Expanding Chateauform's presence and services across Germany, opening 2 new venues per
  year in the next 10 years
• Taking ownership of all aspects of the company: sales and marketing, finance, real estate development, investment and growth in Germany...
• Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities on a local level relevant to the business and build a strategic plan with an ambitious and sustainable growth goal.
• Own your budget and P&L to ensure efficiency, profitability and scalability
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Advising and closely collaborating with Management and Head quarter teams to launch key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
• Present budgets, sales development, new business leads, and regulatory compliance reports.
• Develop a successful and happy team who are exceeding their targets
• Accompany the host couples (managers of each venues) in their personal growth, by helping them improve professional and personal skills
• Act as the company's face & voice to reinforce the brand within the German market

Your profile

• Be a self-motivated entrepreneurial mind with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach.
• Have 5+ years of experience in the fields of operations/general management
• Have at the minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a similar field
• Excellent business sense and analytical skills
• Be comfortable with developing business plans to support your strategies and decisions.
• Passionate about people, have excellent and proven leadership skills
• Native German, fluent in English and French, based in Germany, and be familiar with local business culture, as well as with a cosmopolite culture
• And, as the key point – you are passionate about making customers happy through happy
  teams

• Experience in the hospitality sector: developing and/or opening new venues
