Our client is an internationally recognized luxury fashion brend. We are recruiting for our international site based in Gennevilliers (92230) for the UK MARKET. All applicants need written and spoken English. 

Job description

We are looking for: Customer care agents in the field of fashion/consultancy/sales - Premium activity. 

Your Mission: 

You will be in charge of processing high-end customer requests in order to advise and guide them and this on the following different communication channels:
  • Incoming calls - Outgoing calls. 
  • Web form - Emails - Social networks. 
  • Chat. 

Terms and conditions: 

  • Fluency in German (mother tongue level)
  • Type of contract: we offer CDI (permanent contract), 2 months of trial period. 
  • Working time: full-time 36/week rotating shifts. 
  • Opening Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm and exceptionally some Sundays during events (Black Friday, sales....). 
  • Monthly gross salary: 1539,45 euros language and a bonus of 152 euros gross per month for the English language and a bonus of 152 euros gross per month for the German language. 
  • KPI Bonus: up to 152 euros gross monthly based on attendance, productivity and quality. 
  • Benefits: Medical and life insurance, access to the company's restaurant, 50% reimbursement of the transportation fee (Navigo). 

Profile 

For this position you must have: 
  • A successful experience in customer relations (Fashion is a plus), have a great sense of service, listening and customer satisfaction. 
  • The posture is very important on the proposed position (brand image). 
  • A very good drafting quality is required.
