WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Experience in a Customer Service Position / Community Expert Position and with social media
- Service- and solution-oriented working method
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and in the afternoon
- C1/C2 Level in French
- Good knowledge of English (company language)
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- Additional language skills (Italian, Spanish or Dutch)
- Experience with the common Microsoft Office Programs
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Instagram and Youtube
- Experience with platforms such as TrustedShops and TrustPilot
