Your tasks:
As expansion manager (m/f/x) in Belgium you are responsible for the expansion of stores throughout the country:
- Processing location offers and reviewing rental opportunities
- Negotiating lease agreements and supplementary legal acts
- Reviewing, processing and managing leases and monitoring agreed building specifications
- Communication with real estate agents, landlords, owners and institutions
- National and external business correspondence
- Carrying out market and location analyses
- Regular reporting on business activities
- Coordination and planning of stores to be opened as head of a team
- Management of a sales team
Your profile:
- Graduate in business studies or ideally first work experience in the field of business or real estate expansion
- Good knowledge of real estate law and leases is an advantage
- Languages: Fluent French/Dutch and English
- Solid handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Autonomous working style and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility in team leadership
