Your benefits

Your tasks
- Actively contribute to the sales strategy for the German market together with the business developer
- Successfully introduce a new product line to the German market, actively sell and win new customers
- Actively develop your customer portfolio and build long-term and trustful business relationships
- Create offers, follow up your (new) customers from acquisition to contract closure and beyond
- Act as a proactive interface between B2B customers and the internal R&D and marketing department
Your profile
- You are warm, authentic and passionate about sales
- Ideally, you have some professional experience in active sales/outside sales - ideally in a B2B environment or in the German industry
- You have entrepreneurial spirit and team spirit to build the strategy
- You are interested in science, chemistry and technical products with high added value
- You are fluent in German and your English is on level C1 (French can be an advantage).
- You convince with your communication skills, negotiation skills and enthusiasm.
- You are goal-oriented, a team player, work independently and take the initiative.
- You are willing to travel (North Rhine-Westphalia and possibly Rhineland-Palatinate).
