Your tasks:
As a Field Service Technician for Construction, Technical and Furnishings (m/f/x) throughout Belgium, you will be responsible for coordinating construction, technical and furnishing-related issues as part of the expansion team:
- Planning the shops to be opened in cooperation with the expansion department
- Coordination and supervision of the centrally engaged craftsmen for the store area
- Checking the construction specifications agreed in the rental contract
- Contract preparation and awarding
- Conducting negotiations with external service providers and partners
- Coordination with the group headquarters in Germany
Your profile:
- Technical or craft training as well as first experience as a technician/craft worker in field service/customer service
- Technical and spatial awareness, as well as an understanding of technical drawings
- Ideally existing network of craftsmen in Belgium as well as experience with rental contracts
- Languages: Fluent German or English + languages spoken in Belgium
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Independent working style and negotiating skills, decision-making ability and perseverance
- Willingness to travel in Belgium
