Your tasks with our client:

• Checking, account assignment and posting of incoming/outgoing invoices and receipts for VAT purposes
• Processing current financial accounting, account assignment of documents, accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Cash accounting, cash reconciliation  
• Monitoring accounts and incoming payments
• Monitoring of income and expenditure trends, planning and execution of domestic and foreign payment transactions
• Reconciliation and account clarification of supplier, customer and general ledger accounts
• Provision of decision-making aids (figures, reports, analyses) for the management, participation in budget planning, preparation of short-term financial plans
• Preparation of monthly closing entries as well as quarterly and annual financial statements
• Control of financial transactions
• Communication/coordination with decision-makers, tax advisors/auditors and authorities

Your profile: 

• Successfully completed vocational training as an accountant or comparable commercial training
• Professional experience in financial accounting/accounting
• Experience in using the Datev accounting software
• Confident handling of MS Office 
• High sense of responsibility
• Solid written and spoken English skills
• open-minded and reliable
