Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Reply and support our subscribers through phone and email on their queries, doubts and questions about the product
- Register all interactions within a ticketing tool
- Support Shops selling our products on their doubts and technical queries.
- Monitor our Applications and chase costumers for contract signing.

Salary Conditions
- Base Salary: 11.200,00€ (800€ * 14 months)
- Lunch Allowance: 133€ (6,65€ *20 days - Paid in Euroticket à la card – tax-free)
- Shift Allowance: 39,84€ / Monthly
- Language Bonus: 200€ / French / 300 / Dutch / Monthly (*14 months)
- Company Benefits: Life Insurance + Health Insurance since day 1 (extensible to spouse and children)
Monthly Gross Salary: 1339.84€ + Lunch Allowance of 133€ (this is a net value already as it doesn’t suffer taxes) in a Euroticket card
