You would contribute to our mission as part of our marketing team, pushing the awareness of our customer communication solution.
Besides our software, we work on our mission by educating people about best practices in customer support and sales. We believe informing our target persona on how to reach their goals most effectively is the best way to do marketing, and this is the main area you’d be working on.

We are looking for a Growth Marketer France (f/m/d) to join our marketing team.
Your Tasks:
- You are responsible for generating demand, signups and customers in France.
- Your challenge is to figure out which acquisition channels work in the French market, and how to scale them.
- You will become the face of Userlike in France.
We’re looking for someone with…
- You're a native French speaker with good control of English.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a position in which the challenge is in figuring out what acquisition channels work in the French market, and how to scale them.
- Having said that, you won’t start from scratch.We already have an active customer base and a significant amount of traffic to our French blog.
- Your challenge is to turn that spark into a fire.
- You have excellent networking skills (online + offline). We expect this position will require you to build up a network of official and unofficial partners.
- Good writing skills. We expect that you will be required to write guest articles to spread the word and build links to our French website. You will be able to base much of this on the content we already produce in English, but it will require (localization) adjustments. Also, you will be translating articles from English to French for the French version of our blog.
- Good speaking skills. You may have to present Userlike through e.g. podcast appearances.
- You are a lifelong learner and take joy in personal growth and pushing beyond your limits.
