Based on our continued growth after 30 years in business, we are offering the following job position to support growth in our french office in Paris. The Customer Service/Sales Support position offers diverse responsibilities. ISIS Papyrus is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to play important roles in Administrative Support and Customer Service.

Job Requirements

Perform a wide array of tasks, pre-sales activity to current clients, creating quotes to typing invoices to mailing sales-related documents to answering phones and forwarding messages. You need to be professional, friendly and able to get along well with others.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • extensive telephone and client interactions
  • software maintenance orders and invoicing
  • updating the customer database
  • consultancy services logistics and invoicing
  • support organization of tradeshows and Open House conference
  • promote training workshops to customers and support participants
  • provide excellent and caring service to our customers

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service - preferably in the Software industry
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and team members to create a result driven, team oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
