Job Requirements
- extensive telephone and client interactions
- software maintenance orders and invoicing
- updating the customer database
- consultancy services logistics and invoicing
- support organization of tradeshows and Open House conference
- promote training workshops to customers and support participants
- provide excellent and caring service to our customers
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service - preferably in the Software industry
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and team members to create a result driven, team oriented environment
- Excellent communication and organization skills
