Your tasks

As part of the international sales team, you will expand the German, Central and Eastern European markets and ensure high customer satisfaction:
  • Acquisition of new customers as well as support and retention of existing customers to meet their needs for terrace furniture
  • Negotiation and management of contracts with major customers
  • Participation in business strategy and management of development axes: product innovations, improvement of customer satisfaction, acquisition of new brands, etc.
  • Competitive product analysis (market, prices, new trends, ...) and potential analysis
  • Close collaboration with development, logistics, and sales departments and implementation and adherence to the specifications
  • Ensuring a trouble-free service during furniture installation and customer service in cooperation with the corresponding department

Your profile:

  • Completed business studies (Bachelor or Master)
  • At least one confirmed experience in B2B sales or (Key) Account Management, ideally in a comparable sector
  • Languages: fluent in English; French/Polish or another Eastern European language is an advantage
  • Experience in working with common ERP/Business tools
  • Flexible, independent, dynamic, and customer-oriented way of working
  • Commercial acumen and a pronounced, proactive entrepreneurial spirit
