Are you interested in combining two great cities? Work for French and international clients from our Paris office after being trained in our Cologne office for 1-2 months (and regular business trips to Cologne).

DO YOU ENJOY THE FOLLOWING TASKS? THEN WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: 
You love working with people, planning and organizing things? Attention to detail, collaborating with different stakeholders while never losing the big picture come easy to you? As Service Manager Airport & Inflight your mission is to organise, book and execute additional services at the airport as well as on board of the aircraft perfectly. You are always aware of the status quo of your projects and client demands, get to the core of the project in regards to potential, priority and timing. Your tasks would include:
  • You establish and intensify good long-term relationships with our customers. Your daily work secures project related and unrelated customer satisfaction. 
  •  You generate highest possible additional services rate / sales volume with maximal possible revenue.
  •  You establish and intensify also good long-term relationships with our suppliers.
  •  You strive for expert knowledge to work most efficiently and execute your work perfectly. 
  •  You continuously develop, improve and implement Pro Sky Processes and Tools.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?
  • You have about 1 year work experience in aviation environment, hotels, tourism and / or event.
  • You act customer focused, service-oriented and have very good communication skills.
  • You are a doer & problem-solver with troubleshooting skills. 
  • You display analytical skills, structured work approach with attention to details and time management in your daily work.
  • You are comfortable managing multiple things on the fly.
  • You possess a technical affinity and the desire to facilitate and improve processes.
  • Your French language skills are excellent, English very good, both written and spoken. Any other language, especially German, is a plus.
  • You are willing to work on the weekend / nights.
