Key Account Sales Manager Telecommunications (m/f/d), DE/EN, Home Office Germany
Your tasks
- Conduct a study of the German market and target groups (operators, installers, distributors, solution providers).
- Define and implement the account strategy for each of the target groups.
- Access to new target customers
- Develop sales by ensuring long term relationships and margins according to company policy.
- Promote the company and partnerships
- Develop knowledge of customers, their needs and strategies and provide feedback to Marketing and Development to ensure the company's offerings are aligned with the market.
Your profile
- You have a successful professional experience in key account management in the industry, construction and public works, telecoms infrastructure or electrical equipment sectors.
- You are proficient in German at native level and fluent in English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
- You have a commercial temperament, negotiation skills and excellent leadership qualities, and are goal and results oriented. You are proficient in sales cycles and have an excellent ability to prepare complex proposals.
- You are self-motivated, organized, have a very good team spirit and have a high work capacity as well as stress and pressure resistance.
