You want to define the strategy for your target customers (operators, installers, distributors, solution providers) and develop the market throughout Germany?

Key Account Sales Manager Telecommunications (m/f/d), DE/EN, Home Office Germany

Your tasks 

  • Conduct a study of the German market and target groups (operators, installers, distributors, solution providers).
  • Define and implement the account strategy for each of the target groups.
  • Access to new target customers
  • Develop sales by ensuring long term relationships and margins according to company policy.
  • Promote the company and partnerships
  • Develop knowledge of customers, their needs and strategies and provide feedback to Marketing and Development to ensure the company's offerings are aligned with the market.

Your profile 

  • You have 5 to 10 years of professional experience in key account management in telecom infrastructure for the Senior KAM and minimum 2 years for the Junior KAM
  • You have a successful track record in business development with telecom, industrial or data center operators in Germany.  Your product and market knowledge will help you succeed in this position.
  • Our client is looking for an experienced profile with a solid address book and a junior profile.
  • You are proficient in German at native level and fluent in English. Proficiency in French is a plus. 
  • You have a commercial temperament, negotiation skills and excellent leadership qualities, and are goal and results oriented. You are proficient in sales cycles and have an excellent ability to prepare complex proposals.
  • You are self-motivated, organized, have a very good team spirit and have a high work capacity as well as stress and pressure resistance.
