Manager (m/f/d) International Sales EMEA
Site Gilching - Headquarters, initially limited to 2 years
Your tasks:
• Management, support and strategic development of our international representations, distributors and key accounts
• Targeted and systematic development of new markets
• Strategic realignment and expansion of business relationships on international markets
• Development of country-by-country market activities, market observation, and business plans
• Self-responsible realization of sales targets
• Travel to agencies, distributors and key accounts
• Close cooperation with the various specialist departments (product marketing, after sales, etc.) in day-to-day operations
Your profile:
• Completed university studies, preferably industrial engineering or business administration
• Relevant professional activities in the distribution of an industrial company (ideally in two-stage international sales)
• Very good knowledge in the conception, design, implementation and improvement of sales strategies and processes
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Fluent business English skills; other foreign languages, in particular French, Italian or Swedish, are beneficial
• Enthusiasm for the maritime industry, ideally boating as a hobby
• Negotiating skills and joy in dealing with people and other cultures
• Above-average initiative and determination
• Willingness to travel
