World leader for temporary protection of sensitive working areas during new construction or refit of yachts
YAS Protec is based in France, Germany and Spain. Since sixteen years, YAS became world leader in preparation for the arrival of the yacht to the shipyard. Over 1500 yachts completed, between 30 to 160 meters, thanks to professional workers, dedicated materials and unique knowledge. The YAS team works in a yacht friendly manner, with many positive feedbacks from captains and managers.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHART : Position under control of the technical manager
HIERARCHICAL LINK : worker is under control of a project manager
TRAINING : internal in the company / training in France
DESCRIPTION of MISSION : Implementation of temporary protections on yachts during their passage in shipyards. Laying of carpet on the floor, foam and polyethylene on the walls and furniture. Keep the installed protections clean. Removal of protections from the ship.
WORKPLACE BASED in HAMBURG : Regular trips between Rendsburg and Bremen. International travel opportunities several times a year
STANDARD VERTRÄGEN : 40 HOURS / WEEK
- GROSS PAY 2 500 €uro / Month
- No experience required
- Car License required
- Good presentation (position in contact with customers), meticulous and methodical (work in a luxurious environment)
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- English – French would be a plus
- Promotion to the position of project manager, then head of Germany
