What are the responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative?

Dedicated to the development of the DACH market and as the cornerstone between the digital marketing and the sales department, you will operate upstream of the sales cycle. 
You will be in charge of generating new leads via outbound levers and processing inbound leads. In short, you will be on the front line to generate, identify and pre-qualify new business opportunities.

In this role, you will need to:

  • Development and implementation of strategies for outbound lead generation by contacting key decision makers in a creative and very personalized way (Phone, Linkedin, Twitter, email, videos) to land demos.
  • Research, identification, and approach of new potential customers in the DACH region
  • Resolution and clarification of the requirements of our target group and mediation of the first solutions for the digitization of Expenses Reports
  • Building relationships to establish an engaged dialogue with our target customers 
  • You will be collaborating and learning from an experienced team of Account Executives
  • Owning the early stages of the sales process - generating and qualifying new sales leads
  • Contribute to lead nurturing by engaging them with various marketing content (webinars, white papers, success stories, ...).
  • Participate in events and trade shows to catch new prospects

  • Fluency in German and in English (French is a plus)
